I don't understand how this hasn't been implemented yet. It is such a basic expectation of a device like this that many people are buying them assuming it has a webhook integration. Mine are still sat in the box 9 months later!

The product description made this sound like an existing feature. Appreciate if this functionality can be added. Thanks.

@sphynxcats It's not supported in SmartThings either (weird since the platform supports buttons and they support all the other accessories). And while it's exposed to Matter it's meant for binding so platforms cannot use it either "as a button" to trigger actions on events.

Adding support for SmartThings would make it more flexible since SmartThings can integrate with other platforms and IFTTT too (using virtual switches for instance if needed) so they would please many more users at a fraction of the developing effort.

It supports Alexa though, so you can create a virtual switch and use that in IFTTT to trigger the webhook. I use that workaround to make the button work with SmartThings and Google Home, but it's a cumbersome workaround since it involves at least two smart home platforms and automations.
