No fluid from tank to mop
No fluid from tank to mop
So all was well with the RV30C Mop for about a week.
Then the fluid started to not be released when cleaning.
If I removed the mop whilst cleaning an reinstalled then it would work.
I cleaned the contacts.
Cleaned fluid chamber.
Reset the device.
Now it just does not work at all.
3 weeks old.

Definitely not. All TP-Link products undergo rigorous testing and validation before shipping.
But as we all know, no electronic product is immune to faults. Most device abnormalities can be addressed through inspection and calibration. The suggestions we provide here are user-friendly and aimed at empowering users to troubleshoot on their own. If the issue persists and cannot be resolved, replacing the product is often a quick solution. Additionally, repair services are available in some regions, so there's no need to worry.
