Hello,
I have the same problem with videos. What is the solution to this? Since Build 1.0.8, the video recording jumps. Both of my cameras have this error on their recordings (C510w)
Please Help me
Thanks

Hi,
I checked the video recordings you sent, and they seem to be smooth and without stuck.
If you don't think the video is smooth, can you share the video recorded by your phone and the video recorded by the camera in the same scenario to have a comparison?
@ErvinBedi
For your cameras, do they have the jumps issue on the camera's Live View page, or do you have a problem with the cloud video clips or the video recordings on the SD card?
Please check if you have the same issue on an iPhone/iPad if you have.

Hello, I only have cloud storage. The error doesn't appear live, only when I look back in the cloud. I downloaded the recording and the jump still appears on the recording. I use an iPhone. I didn't have such a problem with 1.0.0 firmware. Is it possible to I go back to it somehow?
For example, here is a video from today:
There was never such an error with 1.0.0 firmware.

Hi,
It's unable to roll back the firmware, but we will help solve the problem on the new firmware.
In this case, please send me the MAC address of your Tapo C510W via private message, and we can push new firmware to your camera to try to solve the problem.
Best regards.

Hello, Unfortunately, it did not solve the problem in the case of any camera. Can I have the 1.0.0 firmware back? Cameras are quite unreliable with new firmwares. This video was made with the new firmware.
