Hi, I have trouble connecting the camera(two) with surveilalnce station on my QNAPNAS. Even the help desk from QNAP tried without success. Any help from your side, please ?

Thanks for the case report, and please help confirm the following information for your concerns.
1. Does your surveilalnce station support the RTSP or ONVIF (Profile S) protocol?
2. Please describe your network diagram, and check if the camera and surveilalnce station are under the same network.
3. Below is an instruction to connect to the Tapo Cam via the RTSP stream. Please describe your setup steps and any error message that appears when fail to connect the camera with the surveilalnce station.

4. Have you subscribed to the Tapo Care service for your camera? And whether a microSD card is inserted into the camera.
