Here are some tips for this issue, kindly check the information below and ensure all your configurations are correct.

1. Check whether the detection was triggered successfully

- Check whether there was a detection notification record in the APP message center.

- If the camera is in privacy mode, the detection won't be triggered.

- Check if you were using camera Home Mode and Away Mode, where users can configure different detection settings for the camera. 

2. Ensure the firmware is updated on all your Tapo devices.

3. Check Smart Action History, any errors in the executed tasks?
