Solution Fail to Setup RV30/RV30 Plus 1.0: Unable to find this Tapo device (Bluetooth Configuration Failure)

Issue Description/Phenomenon:
When configuring the Tapo robot vacuum RV30 or RV30 Plus, the Tapo APP is unable to find the device via Bluetooth, and an error "Unable to find this Tapo device" appears in the APP.
Available Solutions:
1. Re-enable Setup mode: Press and hold both and buttons for 5 seconds, and all three LEDs will be blinking white.
2. Toggle Off and On the Bluetooth on your phone.
3. Check whether the phone can connect to other Bluetooth devices successfully.
4. Change a different mobile device for setup.
If, after trying the troubleshooting suggestions mentioned above, Tapo App still cannot discover the robot vacuum via Bluetooth, it is highly likely that there is an issue with the device's Bluetooth module. We recommend contacting the seller for a replacement or reaching out to TP-Link technical support for further assistance.
