I appear to have damaged the rear grommet on the Tapo camera, and wanted to know how/where I'd be able to get a replacement in the UK?
Which part is damaged? I can't quite imagine the scene. Why not contact the support directly to proceed warranty?
@GabrielMitch it's the rubber grommet that covers the charging port.
I tried support through the app, but only get a blank white page, rather than a support form to fill in.
