Tapo hub 4379 siren
Tapo hub 4379 siren is sounding on AI /person detection. Camara alarms are turned off and trigger hub siren is turned off.
Changed siren sound and set duration to 1 second but it still sounds full siren until turned off in the app.
All cameras and hub have been updated and rebooted but this made no difference.
Please tell me how to turn off all sounds from the hub.
Many thanks

Do you have other smart devices connecting to the hub? Please check whether there is any Smart Action (Routine Actions/Shortcuts/Automation) that might also trigger the alarm on the Tapo H200 hub.
Did you use camera Home Mode or Away Mode? They provide two different sets of Settings for motion detection, the alarm might be re-enabled if you were switching the camera modes.
How do you know that the person detection triggered the hub's alarm?

We have Hub 4379
2 x Cameras Model C420
1 x Camera Model C310
We know person detection is setting off the siren because it goes off when it detects a person when in AI mode. It does not sound when in motion detection mode but this produces too many notifications so we use AI.
The alarm on all cameras is off and all are not set to not trigger the hub siren, yet it still goes off.
We do not use home/away mode, we just have 2 buttons, 1 to turn them all in to privacy mode and 1 to turn off privacy mode.
We want to know how to disable the hub siren totally.

Please check the Event Log of the H200. Is there a corresponding ringing record in the event log?
