I have many smart plugs in the house. They're working fine but I need one to send a notification to the "Tapo" app on my smartphone when there is no electricity in the house. So the "Tapo" app should notify you fully automatically when a device goes "offline". I don't know if it can be implemented in software.

I agree, just realised one of my kids had unplugged chest freezer, would of been great knowing it was offline, $200 of food wasted :(
