having to rest the camera, and re-configure any customisations is very annoying when all you would like to do is move the device to a different SSID

A very basic and required feature is missing. I recently changed my internet service provider and found there is no option to change the WiFi without resetting. I was planning to buy 4 more devices to cover the whole home. But will be looking at other providers now due to this. I will have to research everything again

  As the previous posts state, not having the ability to switch WiFi networks unless you do a camera reset or deletion from the app then adding it back is truly pathetic. Come on TP LINK pull your finger out and update the app. At this time seriously regretting buying this product.
