Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.3.6

The colors on my C200 suddenly started bleeding or smearing. Started at the top with a green purple band but now also other places. The red toy in the dog basket looks blue and the red color is ghosted below, couch is blue but now has brown at the top. Almost like a photo from a bad negative. I have 2 more c200 cameras which are totally fine.

The camera is also suddenly slow to connect to.

Recordings pulled off the sd card have the same color problem so it's not the live view.

Hi,
Please help confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. If you reboot the camera, does the problem remains?
2. Please send me the version of the Tapo app, and check if you have the same issue when watching the camera on a different phone.
3. Please check if the problem remains when moving the Tapo C200 to monitor a different location where without strong light.
