good morning,I've tapo c320ws and since I got it the siren doesn't sound at all even if I press it from the app. what can I do to fix this problem

Hi,
When the Camera Alerts feature is enabled on the Tapo cam, the camera will sound an alarm when motion is detected. And you can go to the Tapo app>camera settings page>Detection & Alerts >Camera Alarm to change the alarm settings.
In your case, please check if your camera Alarm settings are correct, and if there is a motion that triggers the alarm.
