Hi everyone,
yesterday one of my clients updated their Controller to Version 5.9.31. Since then the controller constantly tries to send the configuration to the gateway, resulting in permanent disconnection to the Internet. I attached you the logs from the respective omada controller.

Please contact me as soon as possible, since this seems like an serius issue for me, which cost my customer a complete work day...

Hello @PeterAl,
May I know the specific firmware version of your ER7206 and OC200?
What did you have to do to recover the connection when the disconnection issue happened? Would it work automatically after some time?
Did this issue start to happen from the initial setup or after a upgraded of the firmware?
In addition, a newer 5.12 Beta firmware has been released for trial, you may follow the post link below for details.
