own 2 nc450. one connected via lan and the other wifi. in the past few weeks noticed that cannot move the cameras to the full range. both seem to have

narrower ranges and do not turn to the full extend as previously. 

when i try to move the camera using the app i get msg "Camera Pan-Tile Reached Max Extend In This Direction."

soft reboot does not assist. when i unplug reboot them the problem is rectified for 10 -15 mins only. 

any ideas???
