Just install my new c320ws camera on my drive. I set motion ON, AI ON, Line crossing ON, Area ON. the top of camera shows half of the foot path. so i set area to just around my van, line at half way over my van. and i was getting alerts over nothing, shadows of passing people setting it off, car lights setting it of, nothing setting it off.

Also when i went outside to my van it obviously goes off. but checked the video, shows me opening my van stops. doesnt show me walking back inside house. The screen shot for the video shows me half way to the door, but no footage of that. Alert for a delivery driver, same thing snap shot of them, but no footage, only them parking up at the top of the screen on the road

need some help please
