Persistent connect issue with tapo bulb L530E and P110
Dear Support,
i encountered a frustrating connect issue with two different Tapo Device:
Smart Plugin Tapo P110
- HW version 1.0
- Firmware version 1.1.6
Tapo L530E
- HW version 2.0
- Firmware version 1.0.9 Build 220526 Rel. 203202
Both device are updated to last available Firmware for Italy.
Randomly, device are not available on Tapo App and to reconnect again i must reboot my router. I use Vodafone Station FWA Router and i can observed that device result connected to router but result not available on Tapo App.
Is there a solution for this issue? I notice that more user reported the same problem but i cannot found any proposed solution. Is there debug mode available for expert user (or log mode) to identify connection issue?
