What I have done:

Asus Router shows C210 is connected.

As per recommand by Tapo support, fixed channel 1 set for wifi, 20mhz.

Have also created static ip for C210 and bind to router.

Hi  @Dave_Lee

Thank you for raising this topic on TP-Link community. May i know how exactly you're not able to view the camera? Any error message? Or the screen just keeps loading?

Please make sure your Tapo APP is updated. Latest Tapo APP version (till now): Android 2.11.44, IOS 2.11.25

Does this problem occur when you're on local network, remote network or both?

  @Wayne-TP

Tapo App is 2.11.44

DNS had been set to 8888 and 8844

Add on instruction from support:

To disable

Enable WMM no-acknowledgment

Enable WMM APSD

Cam will load and display Try Again.

Cam will also show offline while still connected to router.

Problem occurs on both network

Are you able to provide a optimal settings which I can try out?

I have been getting bits and pieces of suggestions from support which is not really helping.
