Model: Tapo P110
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.6 Build 221114 Real. 203339

Dear TP-Link Support Team. I use Tapo P110 Smart Switches to monitor the power consumption of attached devices.

In the Tapo App I only see the actual power consumption as integer value (e.g. 7 Watt) but no decimal places (e.g. 7.15 Watt), see the attached screen shot (Current Power 7 W).

I use Apple iPhone X with iOS 16.1.2 or iPad Pro with iOS 15.7 and Tapo App Version 2.11.24

The screen shots here in the forum show the power consumption with two decimal places. Changing the display settings of the iPhone (font size, language, ...) doesn't help.

Where can I change the display resolution?

Thanks for your help ...

Hi  @Gesti

Thank you for raising this feedback on TP-Link community.

After confirming with the product team, currently, the Current Power supports integer values only, it does not display decimals.

We appreciate your feedback and the related official websites and articles will be updated as soon as possible.

For better visibility, I'll transfer this thread to the "Feature Requests" block. You can change the title to something related to this, e.g. Energy monitor: Current power support display decimal value. Other users who also want this feature can comment below. All the information will be collected and forwarded to the R&D department for further evaluation,

Hi @Wayne-TP

thank you for the response.

At the time, I bought the switches the higher resolution was a guaranteed property as clearly indicated in the thread 'Tapo Plug Energy Monitoring 2.0 Update'.

Changing the specification might be an easy way for you, but it doesn't solve my problem. I now have 10 switches which do not fulfill the promised features and are more or less useless for me! Should I send all the switches back as they are still under warranty?

When do you think, the feature will be implemented again?

Thank you for the reply. I understand your concerns but we're not able to decide if or when the R&D team will modify this feature. Currently there is no update from the R&D team about this feature request.
