Hello


I have two NC450 cameras. From yesterday to today the two started to present the same problem: they are restarting alone, they work for approximately 1 minute and restart again. As the two started to present the same problem at the same time, and the two are in different houses, I believe that it is a software problem, it is not related to the hardware or the local connection.

 

Model NC450

HW 2.1
Firmware 1.5.6

 

What could be happening?

Hello  @BOGUE 

 

This problem has been fixed now. Please go to check the status of your camera, try to reboot the camera or the router if it is not restored automatically.
