The video/photo quality on my C520WS is not fit for purpose even on 2k/25fps. Should one need to identify faces or number plates the quality is extremely poor therefore USELESS

@dawiisss You are being gracious! I think it's a least a year. Same goes for the deco stuff. Still a load of issues to resolve on those, but they keep pumping out new models instead of fixing the base OS.  I needed more cameras and wifi, but I'm on freeze until I find a manufacturer with a little more focus on fixing/improving stuff

The video/photo quality on my C520WS 2k/25fps at night is pixelated need higher bitrate.

I wish I had seen this post before purchasing the Tapo C320WS. The bitrate is too low. The seller in my city actually recommended that I buy the Duha Pico A1 instead, as it offers more features, including better FPS and bitrate. I ignored his advice and went ahead with the Tapo camera, but the quality is very poor. I own a V380 camera, and the quality on that is much better. I don’t understand why Tapo didn’t include these features. I believe they do read our feedback, but perhaps due to hardware limitations, they can’t make these improvements. My mistake.
