Hi all,

am I the only one with issue connecting KL110 to wifi?

based in UK

bought from Amazon

bought 5 and all 5 can't be linked to wifi

tried 2 diff mobiles.

To help us assist with the case better, can you share a photo of the error message when setting up the device? Thanks in advance.

Please make sure VPN is off and you could also try a different mobile device to setup the bulb.

Please also try some tips here that and let us know if this works for you.
