Latest Kasa Update - cannot control cameras with actions
I used to be able to control camera through actions in the Kasa app and then run the actions from apple iOS shortcuts eg.
Goodnight
Downstairs Lights Off
Bedroom Lights On
Outside Camera On
With the latest app update 3.03, it does not appear to be able to add cameras to actions, just TP-Link plug devices

Hello @PhilMUK
In IOS Shortcut app, you should still be able to add kasa cameras and turn it ON/OFF , please see photo attached
- I would recommend making sure the camera is still online and accessible in the Kasa APP first.
- Confirm the IOS Shortcut app and Kasa APP are both up to date
If still the same, can I have a photo of the IOS Shortcut settings, the Kasa APP version, the model of your mobile device and its OS?
Please also share a the MAC address of the camera via PM, thanks

@Solla-topee Yes it worked from iOS shortcuts, but you cannot control them from scenes in the Kasa app

Hello @PhilMUK
Thank you for getting back to us. You could delete the old scene and create a new scene in the Kasa app, then double check if the Shortcut _ scene works in the Shortcut app.
As the Kasa app 3.0 improved and has more powerful Smart action feature, as far as I know in Shortcut app some old scenes may give a warning saying that it is no longer supported but should still take effect as usual.
