I can not log into my kasa app .

I have changed password several times ..

 

Please help ...

It looks like the issue has been fixed by TPLink...

 Hello  @SUPER-TECH 

Wish we could help with the APP login. 

After reset the password, please try to login with the new password that you've created for the your TP-Link ID. 

Pay attention to the capitalized letter, space when input the password. 

Please try a different mobile device to login. 

 

If still the same, can you share a photo of the error showing the problem? May I know your Ksaa APP version, the  model of your phone and its Andriod or IOS version.

I have tried everything . My account fails to connect from several different smartphones ... I have changed my password and tried again and again ... Pleasenhelp fix this...

May I know what is the error message when you try to login Kasa APP, please attach a photo of error here in the forum.
