Hours not recording properly

I'm beginning to lose faith in the monitoring of these units. The time in particular seems odd.
I have one plug that I reset to this morning for a new monitoring projects (the washing machine). During the first 40 minute wash the Current Power was shown and was varying throughout. But at the end the Total Consumption is shown as 0kWh and the Total Runtime is 0.1 hrs.
