Unplugging device & plugging in again still could not detect device. What is the problem here?
If the device suddenly can not be found by the APP, or becomes offline, you could reset the device and reinstall it in the APP.
Please factory reset TP-Link Kasa smart light strip
For IOS device, please enable ' local network' permission so the phone can find the local device.
Make sure VPN is OFF on the phone.
