I have a TP link ID, but can't not share the device to my family. please give detailed instructions.

Your family will also need to register an TP-Link ID using their email address and you could share the camera with that Tp-link account. Here is an FAQ that should help:

Or your family member can log in to with your Tp-link ID credentials to get full permissions of camera
