I have the TP-Link NC450 Camera. It has worked for more than 2 years. Lately the Pan/Tilt when fingered on the PC and Mobile screens returns text in white box that limit has been reached and try another direction. Trouble is the area within these limits is perhaps 10% of full picture. Same happens with motion follow.

I have done full factory reset on the camera, it follows all expected limits, pan and tilt but still restricts movement to small area. I have reloaded the software, tried on different devices...all menu items check out.

Any solution or pointer in right direction be most appreciated folks.
