Hello!

 

Just got my device today. At first, I connected my 2 devices on my phone but my mom requested to get the main control on the other one. I was able to successfully transfer the control to her phone but the notification for that device is still forwarding to my phone and not hers. How can I transfer the notifications to her phone?

 

I tried rebooting but nothing happens.

As my understanding, a shared account should be able to receive notifications. 

To let a second mobile device to have the full permissions of the camera, you could share the TP-link ID (the email account that is used to setup the camera) credentials with your family and login in the same TP-Link account.

If the second phone has logged in the same TP-Link ID but still can not receive notifications, kindly check troubleshooting guide and FAQ here to adjust some phone settings. Troubleshooting: Tapo Camera Notification Issues
