I have a TC70 that won't display to my iPhone when out of my network range.

the camera is working and still records and sends movement notifications, but doesn't display live.

I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail..

I have a diagnostic file if anyone can troubleshoot the issue from that, can't see how to attach it on here.

  Hello @cericaterina 

You could try a different mobile device to stream the camera remotely and see if camera live view is accessible. 

If the camera is offline on multiple mobile devices, the camera is offline from cloud, please try some tips here 

  • Try to reboot camera first 
  • You could perform a factory reset on the camera first and reinstall the camera on the APP
  • Change router's DNS to 8.8.8.8, save the settings
