Which cheap NVR is recommended for recording 24/24 from 8 Tplink Tapo C310 with less false alarms as possible and watching with Android.

I have seen on internet that most Wifi kit with cameras have also a Wifi NVR. Is it required or can I still use Wifi from my ISP ?

I have also seen that even Wifi NVR are using Ethernet to connect to internet, is there Wifi NVR that connect to internet through Wifi or "converting" Ethernet to Wifi through a router like TpLink WR902AC is mandory ?
