Hello, I have 6 Tapo C200.
All of them are on software version V1.16 build 211209 Rel.37726n(4555)
I got New update notification on my Tapo App but when i check it only 2 of 6 shows V1.1.18 build 220518 Rel. 61472n.
Why the others dont get the update ? What is the difference between my cameras ?

Thank you for inquiry, as I check Tapo C200 V1 the latest firmware 1.1.18 are rolling out gradually to the users, most firmware release are gradually released not all on once, so you may find that some cameras receives an update while some camera doesn't, this is common. It is recommended to wait for some time like a some weeks before the firmware has been pushed to more Tapo cameras and update firmware for camera later in the APP.
How to update firmware of Tapo cameras in Tapo app
If you still did not get this update after a few weeks, try to factory reset and camera reinstall the camera, usually smart device will receive the latest firmware in Tapo APP at the end of setup process. Hope this helps.
