Hi.

I'm making my smart home system using IoT devices which include Tapo L530E. 

and I want to control L530E on my own mobile application, using tplink-smarthome-api.

but I got problem of connecting L530E with WiFi in my home, because in that API there is no method of helping the bulb connect to wifi, contrary to my expectation.

Is there a way to connect L530E with WiFi AP without Tapo App?

Or is there a way to control L530E directly without pairing Wifi AP so that I can control it more simply?
