Hi, 

A few days ago a send my c200 to support because of restarting or freezing. I get today new one c200 and the problem is the same. I have a NVR and record from camera using rstp stream. I setup camera with rtsp, started recording and everything works grate. After I sow upgrade available in Tapo app i made upgrade and it was a mistake.  Now camera  has the same issues like this what i send to support. I had enabled automatic upgrades  on my first c200 and i probably the upgrade broke this camera too.

There is an option to downgrade firmware ?
