Model: Tapo C100  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.15

I have purchased Tapo C100. The camera is working but when i try to stream via iSpy it only shows blank and a logo like disconnect, i try stream via ODM but i get no signal message. The camera and my laptop is in the same LAN, it supposed to be work if i run locally right? Any suggestion?

 Hello  @rizkirmdhn 

If camera can not do ONVIF streaming,

  • Please check if you you are using  Tapo care  or SD card recording for the camera at the same time.  

The Camera supports two of the three functions among Tapo Care/SD card Recording/NVR (NVR means ONVIF or RTSP streaming here) working at the same time and here is an QA explaining this  Q3.4: Why can’t I use Tapo Care, SD card, and NVR at the same time?

 

  • Try to factory reset the tapo camera to clear the old settings and try ONVIF connection again. 

It is recommended to test one third party onvif or rtsp software at a time, not use multiple apps or that will run out of the streams of camera. 

 

If still the same, please enable diagnose mode for the camera, reproduce the the problem and help collect the camera log

So it means i cant monitor while it recording in SD Card? I just want to use stream ONVIF to monitor via PC
