I ended up buying the (KL125P2) or on amazon named (Kasa Smart Light Bulbs, Full Colour Changing Dimmable Smart WiFi Bulbs Compatible with Alexa and Google Home, A19, 9W 800 Lumens,2.4Ghz only, No Hub Required, 2-Pack (KL125P2), Multicolour) , I installed one of the bulbs just to try it out , but i bought a  new celing fan and went to install the other 3 blubs and the previously setup one wont show up and i cant reconnect it. any suggestions on what to and how to set it all up so i can use my Alexa to turn all 4 on at once.

Hello   @BlakeBFromCan 

Sorry for the late reply.  If the kasa bulb does not work in the APP , you could try to factory reset the kasa bulb and reinstall it in the APP. (after factory reset sucesfully, bulb will flash 3 times, and broacast default TP-link Smart SSID)
