Hello @wrighar
There are some articles online mentioned that v100 might have comparability issue with some websites, you could try Incognito Mode on the web browser or try an older version browser to access camera web page. Or you could try the Camera Control software as the workaround.
Hope this helps.

Yes, the App works, but means another set of processes open.
Incognito modes don't work as the browser version number is still exposed.
the offending line is I think no.53 of js\common\video.js

@wrighar The issue is still happening today (05-25-22)...
The only solution, for now at least, seems to be the application ... Seems to me that tp-link won't fix this issue.

Hello @pjaguilar
Thank you for reporting the case in the community. Considering this model is pretty old and may not get an update until for some major security fixes, I'd recommended considering some workaround like using an old-version browser to ensure compatibility with the camera or use a not-frequently- used browser particularly to view the camera from Web. You might also try Camera Control APP here to view camera.
Really appreciate your understanding.

@Solla-topee Hi, thanks for your kind reply.
In Firefox (latest versions) you can force the version informed to the websites to any number now.
The procedure is very simple:
Type about:config in the address bar and press Enter.
A warning page may appear. Click Accept the Risk and Continue to go to the about : config page.
Search for the "network . http . useragent . forceVersion" preference. (remove spaces)
Select the button next to the preference and set its value to 99.
Select to save the change.
Restart Firefox.
I've confirmed that works with the Web Views of the NC-450...
Best regards!!.
