Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.0.9

Hi. I have a KL430 Brand New Strip. It doesn't light up at all. No lights. But, i was able to add it to my kasa app (have many others kasa devices). Upgrade Firmware, etc. It just doesn't light up. no lights (white, color, etc).

Can someone please guide me? My guess the light strip itself is dead.

Hello @Gianniht

Thank you for your feedback . Make sure KL430 is turned 'ON' Status in APP . You could try to factory reset KL430 as instruction here and see if light strip flash orange and green

If light strip still does not have any light, it could be a faulty unit, please try to contact retailer to check device warranty.
