I noticed a video latency in Tapo its maybe 1-2 secs
But now I find and audio latency of ca 30 secs in quad view - this is rather disturbing and I cant quite figure how this occurs, surely audio packets are very small compared to vids
Any explanation??????????

Do all the camera have the 30 secs audio latency or only one cam have this problem? When you check this cam in single view，do you also get the same problem?
This issue may be related to network encironment. Please refer to this guide to check the network stability of cam
