my lightstrip stopped working And I received a replacement which after installation stopped working after 2days. Same problem as the first one.
the light strip has got power but resetting the controller is not working and after trying everything possible I can't get any light on.
any idea? or anyone else has the same problem ?

the replacement process is not the most user friendly process.

thanks

Do you mean the light strip does not turn on despite switching to different power outlets? Please check whether the strip is connected to the controller in the correct direction.

Ensure the connection is not loose between each section (power adapter and controller, controller and light strip).

Try to change a different controller and power adapter if you have one.

If the problem persists, this looks like a hardware problem. I'm sorry to tell you that you may need to contact the local TP-Link support to proceed the warranty again.

@Solla-topee what's the reasoning for not being able to reconnect cut strips? Surely it's just a case of reconnecting traces/wires?

I'd like to run the leds a short distance behind a cupboard and would prefer to do this by extending the leds a little rather than wasting the leds behind a cupboard. Is there a technical reason for not being able to do this?
