C310 stopped recording
Hello.
Since last night my camera stopped recording. I have an SD card installed for months now and everything was ok. I have loop recording enabled and the status of the card is good according to the app. Also the recording schedule is continuous. At the playback & summary i can see the events but not the recordings, suddenly the timeline became white from blue. I've tried to reboot the camera but nothing happened.

Hello and thank you for your reply. The problem got solved by itself after the hour got past 00:00 at night. Now it started to record fine.
I remember that there was a power outage and after that, it wouldn't record, only show live image. But after 00:00 it started again to record.

If 24/7 continuous recording stopped, here are some settings to check:
- Confirm the firmware of the Tapo camera and the Tapo APP version are both up-to-date.
- Tapo APP Camera Settings > Recording Schedule, Motion Detection recording (Orange) /Continuous recording(Blue), make sure all the time blocks are selected.
- Make sure the camera is connected to the internet , is the timestamp on the live view page update correctly?
If still the same, may I have 1) a photo of recording schedule settings, 2) please send the Mac address of camera by private message 3) SD left capacity & SD card status on Tapo APP 4) Log of tapo camera: How to Get the Log of Tapo Camera?
