Hallöchen, seit einiger Zeit funktioniert meine tapo Cam nicht mehr, sie leuchtet nur rot. 4 Led, kein Reset möglich und sämtliche neu installiation fehlgeschlagen. Was kann man noch machen?

Please try a factory reset on your Tapo camera

How to reset my Tapo camera

May I know does this happen after power outage or firmware update or thunderstorm? If factory reset does not work, and camera only has 4 IR leds, it is recommended to contact local retailer or local support to check device warranty.
