How can I control smart bulb from smart Dimmer HS220 without changing bulb line voltage? At least to dim bulb and switching it on/off. Is there any software solution?

Please check Smart Action-> Control with a Switch in the guide below, this allows to use smart switch as a trigger, and turn on/ off smart bulb or plugs, but bulb dimming is currently not possible. Common questions about Smart Actions
@Solla-topee Thank you, but as I understand in this case switch and bulb should be on separate power lines, or switch will cut a power to bulb. What I am speaking is a switch as remote controller for bulb, but in case of no wifi, it can work as a dumb switch.
Algorithm:
1. WIFI + Internet
Switch will not cut power for bulb on the same power line, but will control bulb over smart actions
2. No wifi
Switch will work as a dumb switch and will cut power to bulb.
