Hi All, Just received the camera. When panning horizontally the movement is smooth, but when panning vertically close approaching the maximum up position the camera makes clicking sounds and the movement is not smooth and jumps. Anyone experience the same thing? Thanks, Paul

It seems that have created a support email with local support and thank you for time with troubleshooting.
You could manually rotate the camera lens and see if camera is stuck when rotate somewhere close to maximum range.
Camera will create regular mechanical sound in Pan/ Tilt process normally not click sound, can you share a link of the video of phenomena , thank you.
