@mexmet

The orange light is abnormal, did you ever try to upgrade the firmware for the EAP320 before?

The console port can only help to do with the Firmware Recovery.

You need to have a computer with serial access, a console cable, and a computer with wired network card with IP address 192.168.1.100/24 as the TFTP server.
TFTPD32 can be used as TFTP server. It is free from  http://tftpd32.jounin.net/tftpd32_download.html.

But as far as the detailed procedure, I didn't do that before so have no idea. You can contact the support team or I think this unit itself is at fault for some unknown reason.

No did not try to firmware update. There were many power outages and the problem started after that on 2 devices (eap320)

Thank you so much. I don't have a console cable, but I'll buy one if I learn the explanation about console connection. Where can I find descriptive information for console connection.

I want to point out:

When I connect the standard rj45 patch cord to the switch with the console port and power the device, the green led lights up continuously.
