Can not update firmware

I can not update to the new firmware because the storage is full with the loop recording. How do I delete or empty the loop recordings so I can update?

@Solla-topee I gor the message that the card is full and can not upgrade. I formated and then it worked. I have the latest version of the app.

if it works, you can disable the sd card capture and format it.

The full SD card should not affect the firmware upgrade of Tapo camera, is there any Error message when you try to update the firmware? If so, can you share a photo with us?
Also please confirm your Tapo app is up-to-date.
