Tapo C200 Camera Detection Messages not working
hello,
i actually tried the solutions from here: https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/216134
the problem ist, if i switch the setting for Camera Detection Messages to ON in app>Me>Camera Detection Messages and i leave the setting and go back straight its off again.
no matter how often i set it to on. The Tapo App Version is 2.3.25. My mobile device is a Huawei Y5p with android version 10.
The cams motion dedection works, also the sound/light alarm if enabled. there are just no notifications coming.

i did upgrade to firmware 1.1.11, but the problem still persists. enabling the logging resulted in a ~700kb file.
here are errors i found about notifications:

edit:
and formating the sc card also doesnt work with the firmware 1.1.11 anymore.
edit2:
i formated the card with guiformat in fat32, but that also didnt help. after reseting the cam and reinstalling it in the app helped with formating the card,
so at least it records videos on motion again, but im still not getting any messages.
an answer from a tp-link staff would be nice, i can send you the whole log file if necessary.

Hello, i hadnt time to test it earlier. i did upgrade to the tapo app 2.3.36 but the problem still persists. furthermore, i upgraded to the tapo cloud one month sub for one cam, and the motion tracking is enabled but also not working. the cam aint pan or tilting. capturing to the cloud works.
edit:
well, after restarting the camera the pan and tilting works, but while a test video on the sd card is 60 secs long, i only got 3sec video files on the cloud for the same event. push messages still arent working.
oh, and it would be nice if the camera could move back to a pan/tilt setting after some time when there is no more motion detected.
