Hi, I've had this camera a couple of months and all has been fine. In the last week or so, I've stopped receiving notifications on my phone... Settings are in the attached screenshot. The problem is: motion detection is on, activity notifications are on, but when I come out, the Detection and Alerts field says detection only!

Any ideas please?

I'm at my wit's end now.

Hi, when the smartphone is on the local network, would the Detection and Alerts stay 'on/enabled', not 'detection only''?

So everything works perfectly as long as the smartphone and camera are on the local Wi-Fi;

May I know the model number and operating system of your smartphone?

Did you also enable the notification on the smartphone?

I have the same problem with my three C310s. There have been no notifications for a few days. The cameras record when there is movement and it is also marked in the timeline of the camera, but there are no notifications. Even when I click on the envelope in the app, there are no entries there.

 

I've already restarted the cameras, disabled detection and notification settings and enabled them again, but nothing helps.
