Tapo C200 tilt not working
Hi, I have just purchased and set up a new Tapo C200 camera and installed today. I have bought it today. Everything seems to be working ok except for the tilt control. Every time I try to tilt up or down on app a message appears saying "camera pan-tilt has reached maximum extent in this direction . Please drag to another direction" Can anyone help?

@Kjjakobsen In the camera app there is an Advanced Settings, where here you can enable the diagnostic logger. I think it saves a file on the sd card, and should state if there's a problem. I've not used it personally. Might be worth a go. Usually, rebooting the camera sends it in to checksum , then you can see if the motors are working at least, otherwise maybe a faulty unit.

Thank you for your valuable feedback, to see if the camera got stuck physically, you could manually move the camera and see if could rotate smoothly aft wards.
