KS200 and KS100 not accessing the cloud
Right. I've had a KS200 and KS100 security camera for about one year now and suddenly they are neither able to connect to the cloud to view recorded material nor are they able to manually record any videos. When pressing the record button it buffers for a second then nothing. I've tried reinstalling the app, reconnecting the cameras, nothing works. We have great WiFi. Both cameras have also begun stuttering and randomly freezing when opening the app.
Are these cameras a 1-year lifespan product and you're expected to have to buy new cameras every year or what?
