I'm kinda disappointed in buying this device for a simple reason that, on the shared devices the invited person can't control the device, voice, calls, etc. all the things that the primary account being setup can do.

Please do something about it. This is one of the ways we can monitor our love ones while we are working from other country.

That is only possible if you use the same account that was used for the setup. You can login with the same account in more than one smartphone/tablet. But yes... there could be the option while sharing a device, if we want to allow the other person to manage the device or not... and by manage I mean pan and tilt, and also change settings. Lets leave here the suggestion and maybe someone take it to the develop team.
